T H E E A S T E R N L A N D S

The Eastern Lands are on the brink of a new era. In Aino, the Emperor has been relegated to an afterthought in a realm at war. Shindo, Aino's one time colony, has nearly freed itself from his grasp entirely.

To the north there are whispers of the ancient yetis reappearing after disappearing for centuries, but they are naught but fanciful tales of a bygone era. They had their time to rule the lands, but that time is long over.

Far to the west, the Odician Senate continues to quibble over every minuscule decision, crippling the effectiveness of the once great realm. Yet its senators exert their individual influence in distant lands for their own ends.

And to the south a new people has emerged from across the Golden Waste to displace the Vinayan people. Refugees stream into Aino and Shindo by boat as they flee the carnage. No one knows who the strangers are or what they want.

With The Eastern Lands primed for a new power to take hold, the strong and valiant alike have a chance to mould it is they see fit.

There are currently seven novels planned for the world of The Eastern Lands. The first four are wholly self-contained with their own unique stories and characters set at approximately the same time in different parts of the world. Each of these novels will have strands that weave together to form the basis of an epic trilogy. 

The trilogy will be fully understandable without having to read the independent novels, but they will contain background information for characters, places, and events that offers that extra wonder for those readers who love experiencing how the world came to be the way it is.
